What is non-medical care?

Non-medical home care provides assistance with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and safety supervision. It does not include nursing or medical procedures. Our goal is to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

  • Cleared through DOJ and FBI background checks
  • TB tested
  • CPR certified
  • Experienced in working with seniors and adults needing support

We match caregivers based on skills, personality, and your loved one’s needs.

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, including:

  • Part-time (as little as a few hours per visit)
  • Full-time
  • Overnight care
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Live-in support

We customize care to fit your family’s schedule.

Services are billed hourly or by daily rate, depending on the type of care. We will provide a clear breakdown of rates before care begins, with no hidden fees. Invoices are sent weekly or biweekly based on your preference.

Yes. Our caregivers are trained in dementia-friendly approaches, including redirection, safety monitoring, patience-based communication, and support with memory-related behaviors. We create a calm, structured environment focused on dignity and comfort.

We can often arrange care within 24–48 hours, depending on caregiver availability and your specific needs. For urgent situations, we do our best to provide same-week support.

Your comfort and trust are our priority. If you ever feel a caregiver isn’t the right fit, we will reassess your needs and arrange a replacement caregiver promptly. No questions asked.
